We are glad that you discovered our church and would love to meet you in person! The people of Eastside Community Bible Church gather each week for one main purpose – to hear the preaching of the Word of God. God’s Word directs every aspect of our lives, including the ChelsShelbyinstruction to “welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God” (Romans 15:7). We are committed to showing honor to Christ through learning and obeying the Word of God by loving God with the entirety of our being and loving one another. Because you love those you know, we purposefully spend much time seeking to know God through the revelation He gives us in the Bible. Our church also takes to heart the necessity for true Christian fellowship. Interaction supplies the opportunity to tangibly practice Christ-like living.

Perhaps you are looking for a church that seeks to take God’s Word seriously. Paul reminds Timothy to “preach the word” because a time is coming that “people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away preaching biblefrom listening to the truth” (2 Timothy 4:2-4). In an age when “church” feels more market-driven than Bible-centered, ECBC purposefully seeks to be Scripturally focused. We simply deliver God’s truth by unfolding God’s Word every week.

If you are interested in hearing from the Bible and meeting other people interested in the same thing, we invite you to join us at any of the service times listed below. Maybe this raises some questions for you as well. Please feel free to give us a call or use the contact form below to reach out to us via e-mail. We look forward to meeting you soon!
